The Consultation Process

To help us provide you with the most useful information, here are some steps to prepare before you visit us;

Step 1: Measure Area + Take Photos
First, take a walk through your yard. Arm yourself with some basic information about your existing conditions, a rough measurement of the area you are working with, some photos of the yard and an idea of the final look you hope to achieve, and bring that information into one of our offices. 

Step 2: Product Selection + Volume Calculation
Our staff will take the time to discuss your plans, and walk you around the yard to show you some product examples. Our knowledgeable staff can provide information about the installation process and help you with volume calculations so you know how much product you require. We won’t let you leave empty handed either – we always like to send our clients home with catalogues to browse through.

Step 3: Scheduling Delivery 
Depending on your site requirements we have a range of delivery options to suit your specific needs. Our team can help you pick the option that is best for you and so that the product arrives when you need it.

Please note: We do not prepare free landscape designs or prepare in-depth quotes from previously prepared landscape plans or property plans. Our staff is happy to provide product suggestions and pricing for materials, but there is a limit to the free services our office team can provide. Landscape designs can be prepared by our designer, at a fee. Please see Construction Page for more information on our design packages.
