For this large-scale property in Priddis, the homeowners envisioned a landscape that could serve as both a family retreat and an entertainer’s paradise. Their goal was to balance natural beauty with low-maintenance features, while also creating spaces that offered fun for every generation.

Blending Natural Features with Playful Design
At the front of the home, a cauldron fire bowl sets a welcoming tone, surrounded by low-maintenance plantings and feature rocks sourced from a local quarry, including a personalized address stone. Various sizes of Rundle Rock were used to add complementary colours and ensure a low-maintenance finish.
10mm Rundle Rock
A crushed fine product that combines 10mm stone with Rundle sand. Commonly used for pathways, base layers, and functional applications where compaction is needed.
25mm Rundle Rock
A decorative stone that combines function with visual appeal. Its larger size makes it ideal for ground cover, drainage, and achieving a natural fieldstone look.
Creston Valley Flagstone
A dark grey flagstone with a natural rust-toned wash, available in durable patio grade for walkways, steps, and outdoor living spaces.
Natural Stone Boulders
Moyie Lake Natural Stone boulders are unique for their soft purples, browns, and greys, adding a one-of-a-kind touch.
Resort Living at Home
To bring a resort feel to the acreage, Beach Sand was installed to create a playful, relaxed setting, complemented by seating areas and a large-scale chess set and cornhole game. A Bella Turf Putting Green with tee box provides a great practice range, while a designated dog run ensures the pups have a space of their own.
A carefully designed water feature combines river rock with terraced stonework to create both ambient sound and a serene focal point. Every feature was positioned for visibility from the elevated deck, ensuring a cohesive and connected view of the property.

A fine, soft sand ideal for creating beach-like areas, sandboxes, or decorative accents in landscaping projects.

These kits include everything you need to create a professional-quality putting green at home, available in three different sizes and shapes to suit your space.
50mm - 100mm River Rock
A natural grey stone commonly used for water features, dry creek beds, ground cover, and drainage applications.
Black Bark Mulch
A bark mulch dyed with natural colourants to achieve a rich black finish. The colour typically lasts up to three years, depending on sun exposure.
