Ordering

Delivery
Please double-check product type and quantity before ordering. If you need to make a change or cancel before your order ships, contact us at 403-239-0600 or info@clslandscapesupply.com.
All products are delivered using our in-house delivery fleet.
- Deliveries require a minimum of 1 day’s notice.
- Orders are scheduled by day, not by specific time.
- AM/PM preferences can be requested but are not guaranteed.
Pallet products are not available for pickup. Because of the equipment required to load and transport pallets safely, all pallet orders must be delivered using our in-house fleet.
Returns
30-Day Return Policy
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition. Products sold as “full pallet only” or “sold by layer” must be returned in those formats.
Return Process
Returns must be brought back to the location where the product was purchased, along with the original invoice/receipt. Customers are responsible for transportation costs.
Restocking Fee
All eligible returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Pallet refunds are exempt but still require pallets to be returned in good, reusable condition.
Final Sale ItemsDiscounted or clearance products are final sale and cannot be returned.
Warranty
Warranty coverage is provided directly by the manufacturer.
