If you're looking for a way to add to your front yard curb appeal or a beautiful accent for your backyard oasis - Boulders from CLS Landscape Supply are the perfect accent rock option. Our five types of boulders; Rundle, Kootenay Rustic and Moyie Lake, Summit and Armour Stone, come in various colours and accent hues that will perfectly accent any landscape. If you’re ready to add some grandeur to your landscaping, we have the perfect boulder for you!
Rundle Boulders
Sourced from Alberta’s Rocky Mountains, Rundle features rich browns and deep blacks with naturally angular, squared edges that create a bold, architectural look.
Kootenay Rustic Boulders
Quarried in BC’s Kootenay region, these dark grey stones have rustic, weathered tones and softer, more organic edges for a naturalized, rugged aesthetic.
Moyie Lake Boulders
From the Moyie Lake area in southeastern BC, this stone offers soft purples, browns, and greys with rounded, irregular edges that lend a one-of-a-kind, sculptural feel.
Summit Boulders
Sourced in Alberta, Summit showcases a mix of dark and light greys with strong, angular edges that are ideal for structural use and echo the sharp lines of the surrounding mountain ranges.
Armour Stone
Quarried across Ontario and Eastern Canada, Armour Stone combines soft greys, beige hues, and chocolate-brown shades with flat, blocky edges that make it ideal for stacking and structural use.

Boulders vary significantly in size and weight, and the cost of each boulder is dependent on its weight. Typically, one cubic foot of stone weighs 165 lbs. Therefore, a rock with the dimensions 12”x12”x12” would weigh 165 lbs. If you would like to stop by our Calgary South location you can view the stones that we have available, and our staff will help you choose the right ones for your project. This can be easier than guessing what weight of boulder you want. Once the boulders you’ve selected are weighed, we will take payment and schedule your delivery at a convenient time.
Occasionally, we get requests for large quantities of boulders to be delivered. (We're talking 30 tons or more!) While we are happy to fill these orders, a few logistical challenges are involved. So, we have created this FAQ to help answer any questions you may have. We want to ensure that every delivery goes smoothly - this often includes sending your materials directly from the quarry to your job site.
