Delivery Time

All natural stone deliveries are handled by our in-house delivery fleet or, for large-volume boulder orders, direct quarry shipping.

• Deliveries require a minimum of 1 day’s notice.
• Deliveries are scheduled by day, not by exact time.
• AM/PM preference can be requested, but exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

Large Orders
We occasionally receive requests for very large boulder orders, 30 tons or more. We are happy to supply these orders, but they require additional planning and logistics.

To ensure a smooth experience, these large-volume orders are often shipped directly from the quarry to your job site. This ensures you receive the correct size, quantity, and weight without the need for additional handling. If you're considering a large boulder order, please contact us in advance so we can coordinate availability, trucking, timelines, and site access requirements.

Multiple Products
Natural stone can be combined with other products on a delivery truck, depending on weight and truck capacity. If you are ordering multiple types of stone or pairing natural stone with soil, mulch, or aggregate, our team will advise you on the best delivery method to ensure safety and accuracy.

All natural stone products, including boulders, flagstone, and ledgestone, are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for confirming measurements, quantities, and site accessibility before ordering.
