Hardscape products from Belgard can be ordered by the unit, layer, or pallet depending on the product type. Our website product descriptions outline typical sizing, square footage per pallet, and available formats. If you need help determining quantities, our team is happy to assist.

All Belgard products are delivered using our in-house delivery fleet.

• Deliveries require a minimum of 1 day’s notice.
• Orders are scheduled by day, not by specific time.
• AM/PM preferences can be requested but are not guaranteed.

Pallet products are not available for pickup. Because of the equipment required to load and transport pallets safely, all pallet orders must be delivered using our in-house fleet.

Pallet Deposit
A refundable pallet deposit will be added to all orders. Deposits are returned when pallets are returned to any CLS retail location in usable, resale-ready condition. All pallets must be returned within the same calendar year they were purchased to qualify for a refund.

30-Day Return Policy
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition. Products sold as “full pallet only” or “sold by layer” must be returned in those formats.

Return Process
Returns must be brought back to the location where the product was purchased, along with the original invoice/receipt. Customers are responsible for transportation costs.

Restocking Fee
All eligible returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Pallet refunds are exempt but still require pallets to be returned in good, reusable condition.

Final Sale Items
Discounted or clearance products are final sale and cannot be returned.
