Ordering

Aggregates can be ordered in bulk or in The CLS Landscape Bag.

  • Bulk orders: Available in 0.25 cubic yard increments
  • Landscape Bags: Available in 0.25 cubic yard increments (each full bag = 1 cubic yard)

How much you need depends on your project and preferred product. As a general guideline, 3–4 inches of depth provides good ground coverage for most applications.

Delivery

Please double-check your product and quantities before placing your order. If you make a mistake or change your mind before your order ships, no problem—call us at 403-239-0600 or email info@clslandscapesupply.com and we’ll do our best to update or cancel it.

We deliver using our own in-house fleet. Third-party shipping is not available.

Delivery Time

  • We will confirm your order within 24 hours.
  • Loose bulk aggregates: Order by 4pm for next-day pick-up or delivery.
  • Bagged or palletized products: Delivered within 2–3 days.
  • We can try to accommodate AM or PM requests, but exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed.



Multiple Products

We currently only have single-box dump trucks, which means bulk loads can only carry one product at a time. If you need multiple products delivered together, The Landscape Bag is the best option. With The Landscape Bag, you can order different products in separate bags and have them delivered on the same flat-deck truck.
Returns

All bulk and bagged aggregates are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for confirming measurements and quantities before ordering.
Pickup

To save delivery costs we can place bulk materials in your open top pick-up truck or open trailer. We are unable to load closed top vehicles such as SUV’s, sedans, vans or enclosed trailers. When loading your vehicle it is important that you know what weight your vehicle can handle as CLS Landscape is not responsible for damages caused by weight.

Additional Conditions:

  • Open top vehicles only (trucks or trailer)
  • Bring a tarp to cover your load 
  • Load at owners’ risk

Step 2: Our staff will direct you to the appropriate loading zone.

Step 3: One of our experienced operators will meet you at the loading zone to load you up.

Step 4: Tarp/secure your load appropriately.

Step 5: Drive home!
