This all-in-one kit makes installation simple by providing everything you need in one purchase—no separate sourcing required. You’ll receive two sets of CORE foundation panels (covering 62 sq. ft.), 0.5 cubic yards of 25mm Road Crush for a compacted 2" base layer, and 0.25 cubic yards of 10mm Washed Rock to fill the panels. All aggregate materials are delivered in convenient landscape bags for easy placement and minimal mess.

Engineered for strength and durability, CORE panels provide reliable support while remaining lightweight and simple to install.

Excavate the area 3" below grade, add and compact up to 2" of 25mm road crush, then install and level the interlocking CORE panels. Fill the panels with 10mm washed rock to flush—do not overfill—then place your hot tub or patio.

What’s Included: This kit comes complete with everything you need to build a full 7.5' x 8' hot tub base. It includes CORE interlocking panels, the required 25mm Road Crush base material, and 10mm Washed Rock to properly fill and lock the panels in place for a solid, finished surface.

All products are delivered using our in-house delivery fleet.

  • Deliveries require a minimum of 1 day’s notice.
  • Orders are scheduled by day, not by specific time.
  • AM/PM preferences can be requested but are not guaranteed.

Pallet products are not available for pickup. Because of the equipment required to load and transport pallets safely, all pallet orders must be delivered using our in-house fleet.
Returns

30-Day Return Policy
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition. Products sold as “full pallet only” or “sold by layer” must be returned in those formats.

Return Process
Returns must be brought back to the location where the product was purchased, along with the original invoice/receipt. Customers are responsible for transportation costs.

Restocking Fee
All eligible returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Pallet refunds are exempt but still require pallets to be returned in good, reusable condition.

Discounted or clearance products are final sale and cannot be returned.
